After scoring 14 goals this season for Chicago Fire, Ghana attacker David Accam is pleased with his performance rating it as the best for the Club so far.
The Ghanaian international notched goals to finish as the Club’s second top scorer at the end of the season.
Accam bettered his goal scoring rate by scoring an additional five having netted nine times last season for Fire.
The 27-year-old says this season has been his best since joining the MLS side.
“For me it was a good season, everything went well, I will say this season have been my best at Chicago Fire,” he said on TV3’s Warm-Up.
“Yes I did well last season but my performance this season was great, scoring goals and making assists.
“It has been a wonderful season for me and my Club and I am very happy for that.”
The former Helsinborg IF forward has won the player of the season on two occasions at Chicago Fire since moving from Sweden.
